What does being wealthy mean to you?
To me, wealth is a multifaceted state of well-being that goes beyond financial stability. It includes having the economic resources to meet one’s needs and desires comfortably, without worry about the future. It also encompasses access to high-quality education and healthcare, which are essential for personal development and maintaining a good quality of life.
Wealth involves having robust social networks – connections with family, friends, and the community that provide support, opportunities, and a sense of belonging.
Additionally, wealth means having the freedom to pursue one’s passions and interests, the ability to make choices that align with personal values, and the opportunity to achieve personal fulfillment.
In essence, being wealthy is about enjoying a holistic sense of prosperity that includes financial security, access to education and healthcare, strong social bonds, and the liberty to lead a fulfilling and purposeful life.
What excites you about the work you do at PWL Capital?
The opportunity to positively impact the financial well-being of thousands of people across the country excites me the most. Coming from academia, particularly in engineering, the goal is to apply knowledge and expertise to solve real-world problems that lead to meaningful improvements in society and people’s lives. At PWL Capital, I have the unique opportunity to apply cutting-edge planning strategies to help people achieve their goals on a large scale.
What is something most people might not know about you?
I once completed a local eating challenge consisting of a 3lb Burger topped with 3 fried eggs, 8 strips of bacon, and 4 slices of Canadian cheddar, on a Kaiser loaf, alongside a generous poutine and a 20oz milkshake.
