CIRO Advisor Report

What should a client expect when they first meet you?

When we meet, you’ll do most of the talking. As an advisor, I’ve learned to listen more than I speak – it’s the key to providing the personalized support and guidance clients have come to expect from us.

In your experience, what’s the best way to serve your clients?

My approach to service is simple. I take the time to understand my client’s problems and draw on all the situations I’ve encountered over the years to find the best way forward. I also use my network to the fullest extent to ensure my clients get the help they need, whether my team and I provide it or not.

What aspects of your job do you love the most?

I enjoy learning about and understanding all my client’s businesses and being a small part of their success. It’s what makes this job so enjoyable. I also love connecting good people together for their mutual benefit. I get to work with executives at the top levels of corporate Canada, tech entrepreneurs, talented artists, and so many other interesting people!

I like to start every meeting with a warm welcome and a lighthearted chat!
