The Board of Directors of PWL Wealth Management Inc. is delighted to announce the appointment of Brenda Bartlett as the new Chief Executive Officer of PWL, effective October 16, 2018.
“Brenda has played a key a leadership role in PWL’s strong growth as President and Chief Operating Officer over the past 12 years” says Anthony Layton, Chairman of the Board for PWL. “She brings a breadth and depth of experience from over 25 years as a senior executive in the industry, a clear focus and an ever-renewed passion to deliver results for our firm to achieve its full potential. Importantly, her personal values of integrity and transparency are the essence of the PWL culture” he adds.
Brenda now assumes the CEO and Ultimate Designated Person (UDP) responsibilities as PWL is on a solid foundation to build for the future.

With this appointment, we are implementing one part of PWL’s succession plan. Anthony Layton will continue to play an important role as Chairman of the Board. Along with his team, he will also continue to serve as Portfolio Manager and Advisor to some of Montreal’s most notable families.
The Board wishes to thank Anthony for his steadfast leadership and guidance in navigating the Global Financial Crisis and then steering PWL to tremendous success and growth in his role as CEO.
As a corporate director with her ICD.D designation, Brenda is married with 1 daughter, lives in Montréal and gives back to the community by mentoring women entrepreneurs through SheEO and advancing education through her board directorships.
