Position Summary

PWL’s purpose is to help Canadians find and fund good lives. We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to manage PWL’s web presence and digital content. PWL has built a strong brand and online presence through content marketing and thought leadership; our content channels and online communities are followed by hundreds of thousands of people in Canada and around the world. The next phase of our marketing integrates and leverages our digital properties and thought leadership into a comprehensive cross-platform marketing strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic Brand Experience Team, producing multi-platform, research-driven educational wealth management content in Canada.

Responsibilities & Activities

  • Develop the web presence strategy for the firm
  • Analyze and report web analytics
  • Establish and guide the website’s architecture
  • Maintain and update digital assets on websites under the PWL umbrella
  • Optimize websites for lead generation
  • Perform regular SEO audits
  • Ensure high-performance and availability and manage all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients and external counterparts
  • Perform technical and root-cause analysis on issues and make recommendations for correction
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements during the support and maintenance of applications
  • Support the development of the firm’s brands
  • Manage daily marketing requests coming from teams
  • Organize and coordinate projects in the Marketing Department planner
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years experience with digital content/website strategy
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress required
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Experience with coding is an asset
  • Knowledge of other analytic platforms is an asset (Microsoft Clarity,etc)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Communication skills in English and French (oral and written) a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment
